Christy Patterson

Christy Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of venture capital and customer success. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at CROCarta since October 2024, Christy has held various key positions including Summer Associate at 1843 Capital, focusing on early-stage venture investments in AgeTech and Longevity, and Venture Associate at the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group, where the LVG Seed Fund supported emerging ventures from the UVA research portfolio. Prior to these roles, Christy was an Advisory Board Member at Bask Suncare and spent over three years at MuleSoft as a Senior Customer Success Manager, earning numerous accolades such as being a member of the Salesforce Peak Performers Club and achieving top performance status in multiple categories. Christy holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BA in History from Colgate University.
