Izabela Sinnerard

Izabela Sinnerard is an experienced professional in fund administration and tax accounting, currently serving as an Associate Fund Controller at Carta since March 2020, after progressing from the role of Senior Associate. Prior experience includes a Senior Accountant position at VMS Fund Administration from August 2016 to October 2019 and a Senior Tax Accountant role at PwC from August 2011 to June 2016. At PwC, Izabela focused on partnership tax accounting within the hedge fund, private equity, and fund of funds industries, reviewing federal and multi-state workpapers and income tax returns for partnerships and corporations.
