Kenny started their career as a research analyst at LECG and then became an associate at OSKR, LLC. In 2011, they became a consultant at The Parthenon Group. There, they managed teams of consultants to provide analysis on potential acquisition targets for technology, retail, consumer packaged goods, and education clients. In 2014, they joined Quantcast as the Director of Business Operations. There, they oversaw strategy, business planning, and execution for the company. In 2019, they joined Carta as a VP.

Kenny has a proven track record in leading and executing operational initiatives that drive growth and profitability. Kenny has led workstreams involving market sizing & segmentation, competitive assessment, channel strategy, economic modeling, and customer surveying. Kenny has also helped companies reorganize their sales forces and product offerings to increase sales productivity.
