Naveed Nadjmabadi

Naveed Nadjmabadi is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Frontend Platform at Carta since March 2020. Throughout the tenure at Carta, Naveed has managed multiple teams, developed product and engineering roadmaps, and delivered valuable solutions to customers. Prior roles include tech lead manager of Boardroom, where responsibilities included team recruitment and infrastructure overhauls, and senior software engineer roles at Mira, Lifion by ADP, and Jibe, Inc., focusing on software development and system architecture. Naveed has a strong background in full-stack development, data processing, and system administration, with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
