Sebastian Paraud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic management and operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations and previously as Senior Manager of Growth Strategy at Carta since March 2022, Sebastian has a strong background in consulting from Bain & Company, where work spanned from July 2019 to March 2022 as both a Manager and Consultant. Prior to that, a tenure at EY as a Summer Senior Consultant focused on M&A advisory occurred in 2018. Additional experience includes serving as a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors from February 2010 to July 2017 and as an Institutional Consulting Analyst at Graystone Consulting from January 2008 to February 2010. Sebastian Paraud earned an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
