Tim Keown

Tim Keown possesses extensive experience in financial regulation and liquidity management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Carta Liquidity since August 2020, Tim previously held the position of Director at the same company. Prior to Carta, Tim worked at IntercontinentalExchange | NYSE Regulation from October 2011 to August 2020, where roles included Manager and Analyst in Issuer Regulation. Tim's career commenced with an analyst position in Global Control at Goldman Sachs from November 2010 to August 2011. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, graduating in 2010.
