Shushanik Gasparian (Balian) is currently the Global CRM & Insights Manager at Cartamundi. Prior to this, Shushanik held the position of Marketing Communications & Digital Head at FEROTELA. Shushanik also has experience as a Strategic Marketing Consultant at Nashnet and as an SMB Marketing Lead at Microsoft. Shushanik's educational background includes a Master's degree in Foreign Economic Activity Management from the National Agricultural University of Ukraine and certification as a Digital Marketing Manager from the Digital Marketing Institute.
