Andrea Glickman

Andrea Glickman currently serves as the Managing Director at Carter, Advancing Philanthropy Worldwide since January 2023. Prior to this role, Glickman was the Executive Director of the Shear Family Foundation from April 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing grantee relationships and overseeing a substantial grant portfolio. Glickman also held the position of Executive Director at the National Council of Jewish Women, Pittsburgh Section from 2013 to 2017, focusing on external representation and financial sustainability. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Business Development at W by Worth, Development Director at City Theatre Company, Corporate Development Manager/Campaign Associate at the United Jewish Federation of Pittsburgh, and Associate Attorney at Eckert Seamans. Glickman holds a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
