Tanja Sarett, CFRE, CVF, ACC, serves as the President and Founder of Synergies in Philanthropy Consulting since June 2018, specializing in fundraising and philanthropy consulting. As Managing Director at Carter, Tanja leads major gifts and capital campaigns for various nonprofit sectors. Tanja also holds the position of Senior Affiliate Consultant at Amplify Partners, focusing on fundraising strategies for the Jewish philanthropic community, and serves as an International Expert at Chapel & York, which aids global fundraising efforts. Previous roles include Advancement/Program Officer at the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and Executive Director at the Holocaust Museum & Study Center, where Tanja made significant contributions to fundraising and organizational revitalization.
