Shane has held management positions at various companies such as Carter Express, Private Fleet Backhaul, and DSE Services Inc., demonstrating their expertise in operations, dispatch, account management, and leadership. Ulery's extensive background showcases their ability to adapt and excel in different areas of the transportation sector.

Shane Ulery, CTB attended Ball State University from 1996 to 1999, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Shane also obtained a Certified Transportation Broker certification from the Transportation Intermediaries Association.
