Rita Rawda

Rita Rawda is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Carter Knight since January 2024. Previously, as a Recruitment Consultant at Argyll Scott from August 2021 to December 2023, Rita supported top clients in the Middle East across FMCG, Luxury, Retail, and other sectors in Accounting, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain fields. Rita’s earlier role as a Recruitment Specialist at Amaken involved collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and managing the recruitment process across multiple industries in the Middle East, GCC, and Africa. Rita began the career with positions as a Recruitment Coordinator at Bank Audi and interned at Azadea Group. Rita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the American University of Beirut.
