Adam Guzauckas

Adam Guzauckas is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Site Innovation Engineer at Carter Machinery since May 2022. Guzauckas has held various roles, including Fleet Performance Specialist and Engineering Intern. Prior experience includes a position as Built For the Mine Intern at Luck Stone, where analysis of data was conducted to improve fleet efficiency across multiple sites. During a research fellowship at Virginia Tech, Guzauckas investigated roof and rib falls in underground coal mines, utilizing MSHA data through Excel and Tableau. An earlier role as an Audio Visual Technician at HB Live, Inc. involved managing the setup and takedown of audio and video equipment for events. Guzauckas holds a degree in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 2023, and graduated from Xavier High School in Middletown, CT.
