Brennan George

Brennan George is a Site Performance Consultant at Carter Machinery since May 2022, previously serving as an Engineering Intern. Prior experience includes a Mining Engineering Intern role at Carmeuse Americas, where Brennan shadowed mining engineers and contributed to operational improvement projects. Brennan also acted as a Research Assistant at Virginia Tech, focusing on technological advancements in mining health and safety, and performed life cycle assessments on acid mine drainage. Early career experience includes working as a Lifeguard at Dulles South Recreational Center, ensuring patron safety and performing first aid, and managing staff at Crystal Aquatics Inc. Brennan holds a Master of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Virginia Tech, completing the degree in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Freedom High School, earned in 2018.
