Chris Royce currently serves as the Global Head of Clean Tech at Carter Maddox, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chris was a Business Director at PageGroup from May 2018 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading a specialist Finance recruitment division across Surrey, Middlesex, and SW London, representing candidates and vacancies across various industry sectors. Earlier experience includes several roles at Page Personnel from April 2008 to April 2018, progressing from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Senior Business Manager. Chris also worked as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active from November 2006 to February 2008. Chris holds a BSc in Science of Sport and Exercise from the University of Roehampton, completed in 2006.
