Andy Mould

Andy Mould has extensive work experience in the field of refrigeration and green technology. Andy began their career at Linde as a Senior Refrigeration Engineer from 1998 to 2002. Andy then joined WR Refrigeration Ltd as a Technical Support Engineer, specializing in Safeway and Morrison's estate, from 2002 to 2006. After that, they worked at Morrisons supermarkets PLC as a Refrigeration Capex projects manager, responsible for various special projects and the development of new technology green solutions from 2006 to present. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Plant & Development & Green Technology at Carter Synergy, where they are responsible for leading plant and development projects.
