James-Michael Norton

James-Michael Norton possesses extensive experience in project management and technical roles, currently serving as a Project Manager and Search Engine Optimization Analyst at The Carter Group since August 2019. Prior to this, James-Michael worked as a Native English Teacher for ECC in Japan, where responsibilities included conducting annual English proficiency interviews for students. James-Michael also has a decade of service in the US Navy, where roles included CIWS Technical Representative and Quality Assurance/Safety Officer, contributing significantly to mission readiness and safety standards across multiple fleets. Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in International Business Studies at Temple University Japan, with a high school diploma obtained from Currituck County High School.
