Uko Harashima

Uko Harashima has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Uko currently serves as the Representative Director at Delacon Japan KK since June 2020 and is responsible for overall management. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager at the same company from April 2018. Previously, from 2017, they worked as the Business Director at CarterJMRN KK.

Uko's experience also includes working at well-known companies such as Epsilon, where they served as the Business Development Director for Japan from September 2012 to October 2016. During their tenure, they successfully increased sales and managed consulting projects. Uko also represented the company as a guest speaker at various industry events and supported the APAC Marketing Team with collateral localization and regionalization.

Before joining Epsilon, Uko worked as an Account Director at CA Technologies from June 2011 to August 2012. Uko also held the position of Sales Manager at Mindjet from November 2009 to May 2011, where they played a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence in Japan.

Uko also has experience in CRM sales at SAP Japan from November 2007 to April 2009, as an Account Manager at MicroStrategy Japan from November 2006 to October 2007, and as an Account Manager at Oracle Japan from February 2005 to November 2006.

Uko'scareer began at Fujitsu, where they worked as a Planner from January 1999 to November 2002. Uko also gained valuable sales experience as a Sales Representative at Cognos Japan from November 2002 to February 2005.

With a strong background in business development, sales, and leadership roles, Uko brings a wealth of experience to their current position and demonstrates adaptability in various industries.

Uko Harashima earned a B.A. in Business Administration MIS from Washington State University, completing studies from 1989 to 1995.
