Harley Pebley has over 36 years of software engineering experience. In 2020, they began working at Carterra as the Director of Software Engineering, and previously held the roles of Principal Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer. From 2010 to 2020, they were a Software Craftsman at Cimetrix Inc., developing multiple connectivity products for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. From 2002 to 2010, they were a Software Developer and Team Lead at Idaho Technology, working on instrument control and data analysis products. From 1994 to 2002, they were a Software Developer at Medical Priority Consultants, developing an expert system. From 1984 to 1994, they were a Software Developer at Public Safety Dispatch Systems, developing computer aided dispatch software for fire and police dispatch centers and office automation software for fire department use. From 1982 to 1984, they were a Software Developer at Caldwell Prepaid Legal, developing business automation software on a TI-990 mini-computer.
