Maximilian Hatesuer

Maximilian Hatesuer is a co-founder at RIVES since January 2024 and has been serving as the Strategy and Business Development Manager at Cartesi since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a BT Project Manager at Philips from January 2019 to July 2021, where responsibilities involved the development and implementation of Knowledge Management technology and processes, along with an internship in Business Transformation. Additionally, Maximilian was a Student Assistant at the Erasmus Research Institute of Management from August 2017 to August 2018, and previously held roles as a Market Research Analyst at GDCC and an Assistant to the General Manager at VeloBoutique. Academically, Maximilian has a Master's degree in Management of Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the same institution. Maximilian has also participated in exchange programs at the National University of Singapore and WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
