Erika Byun

Erika Byun currently serves as Chief of Staff at Cartesia since April 2025. Prior to this role, Erika Byun was an Associate at McKinsey & Company, where work focused on the state of AI and organizational value capture. Erika Byun has also held positions as an Investment Fellow at Owl Ventures and in Product and Strategy at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Annenberg Institute for School Reform and as a Predoctoral Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research while at Stanford University. Erika Byun holds a Master of Public Policy/Master of Public Administration in Business and Government Policy from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
