Pearl Dsouza

Pearl Dsouza has over 16 years of work experience in human resources and managerial roles. Pearl is currently the Head of Human Resources at Cartesian Consulting since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Capability & Development at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd from 2012 to 2019. Before that, they were the Manager of Human Resources at Nielsen India from 2011 to 2012. Pearl also had experience in HR at IDBI Federal Life Insurance from 2009 to 2011 and as a Manager at CRY from 2009. Pearl worked as a Deputy Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2005 to 2008 and in a human resources role at ICICI Lombard from 2003 to 2005.

Pearl Dsouza completed their education in two stages. From 1998 to 2003, they attended Karnatak University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. In 2017, they enrolled in the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and completed an Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Organization Development & Change. In addition to their formal education, Pearl has obtained two certifications: FIRO B Practitioner from CPP, Inc. and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation.
