C. Andrew Stewart

C. Andrew Stewart has an extensive work experience in the field of biomedical research. From 1998 to 2002, they worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Department of Pathology, University of Cambridge. C. Andrew then served as a Research Associate at the Cambridge Institute for Medical Research from 2003 to 2003. After that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Centre d'Immunologie de Marseille, Luminy from 2004 to 2007. C. Andrew then joined the National Cancer Institute as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2007 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Scientist at LEUKOSIGHT, INC. where they were responsible for research and development of protein therapeutics. C. Andrew then joined Precigen, Intrexon in 2016 as a Senior Scientist and later moved to Cartesian Therapeutics in 2018 where they currently hold the position of Senior Director of Research.

C. Andrew Stewart earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge in 1998. C. Andrew later completed their PhD in Biological Sciences at the same university from 1998 to 2002.
