Lead Customer Success Manager at Cartful Solutions

Elena Zaror has held various roles in the technology industry since 2014. Elena began their career as a Digital Media Summer Intern at Tigo Guatemala, followed by a Market Intelligence Summer Intern role at cbc (The Central America Bottling Corporation). In 2016, they took on the role of Client Insights Associate Analyst at comScore, Inc. and then moved to Coca-Cola FEMSA in 2018 as a Business Intelligence Specialist. Most recently, they have been working at Cartful Solutions since 2019, first as a Customer Success Manager and then as Lead Customer Success Manager. At Cartful Solutions, they work to build, host, maintain, and optimize fully-managed guided selling experiences for e-commerce sites for brands such as Skechers, Bombas, Shiseido, Arc'teryx, Smartwool, and Peet's Coffee.

Elena Zaror obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance and IT; Business Analytics from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma with Honors from the American School of Guatemala in 2012.
