Cartier Women's Initiative Fellowship at Cartier Women's Initiative

Rafaela Cavalcanti is the CEO and Founder of CloQ, an innovative company established in July 2018, where the vision transformed into reality through a strong team. Rafaela has participated in several prestigious programs, including the Serasa Experian Impulsiona and the SOCAP entrepreneurship program in 2023, the Google for Startup Advisor SDG program, and the Cartier Women's Initiative fellowship program. In 2020, Rafaela secured a grant from Fundação Tide Setúbal to enhance credit access for informal and small entrepreneurs impacted by COVID-19. Additionally, Rafaela serves as an IMF Youth Fellow, contributing to global initiatives aimed at crisis response, and holds a UN SDSN Youth Fellowship, promoting sustainable development solutions. Rafaela's earlier experience includes leading market expansion efforts at Zhorya Toys and working as a Content Writer Executive at Webart Softech. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, participation in the INSEAD Social Entrepreneurship Programme, and a Bachelor’s degree from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
