Caroline Garcia

Caroline Garcia began their work experience in 2003 at Richemont, where they held the roles of Group Assignment Manager from November 2003 to December 2006, and Swiss HR Manager from January 2007 to December 2007. In 2008, they joined Cartier as the Global Head of Reward & HR Performance until August 2018, and then became the Swiss HQs HR Director, a position they currently hold.

Caroline Garcia earned a Master's degree in Law and Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003.
