Coralie Dohse

Coralie Dohse (Kraft) currently serves as the Regional L&D Senior Manager for Europe at Cartier since May 2022, leading talent development initiatives across seven markets and managing a team of 15 L&D professionals. Coralie's role involves establishing the Regional L&D function, aligning training strategies, and creating a three-year roadmap for skill harmonization. Prior to Cartier, Coralie worked at the L’OCCITANE Group, holding positions including Export Retail Staff Engagement & Omni-channel Education Senior Project Manager and Group HR Development Manager, focusing on talent management and retail training across diverse markets. Coralie's career also includes experience at L'Oréal and Ernst & Young, where responsibilities ranged from training coordination to recruitment and employer branding. Coralie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from TBS Education and a Bachelor Degree from KEDGE Business School.
