Janette Cheng

Janette Cheng is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in digital programs and change management. Currently serving as the Senior International HR Digital Programs & Portfolio Manager at Cartier since November 2022, Janette previously held various roles at L’OCCITANE Group from August 2011 to October 2022, including HRIS Product Owner, Senior Human Resources Executive, and Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at The Granite Club from August 2008 to August 2011 and as Manager of Human Resources & Payroll at the Royal Canadian Military Institute from August 2005 to August 2008. Janette holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Human Resources and a minor in Business Communications from Toronto Metropolitan University.
