Rashida Peters

Rashida Peters serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Cartier, starting in October 2023. Previously, Rashida held the position of Senior Manager of Inclusion & Diversity at Richemont from September 2021 to April 2024. Rashida's extensive background includes roles at TBWA\Worldwide, where significant contributions were made to DE&I programming, and at The Disruptor Series as Executive Producer & Content Curator. Rashida also managed One Sandbox, showcasing diverse-owned businesses, and produced various impactful community events through the Reilly Center for Media & Public Affairs and the Byan Group. Rashida's educational qualifications include a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University, along with a certificate in Strategic Communication.
