Syed Faraz

Syed Faraz has a diverse range of work experience. Syed started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Aegis in 2018, where they addressed customer complaints and provided purchasing advice. In 2020, they worked as a Retail Sales Assistant at Techmart, focusing on product sales, customer problem-solving, and maintaining inventory. Faraz then joined Life Pharmacy as an Associate Merchandiser, collaborating with suppliers and retailers to execute merchandising plans and secure purchase orders. Currently, they work at Cartlow as a Lead Sales, supervising and leading the Sales Associates, monitoring sales performance, and completing sales reports. Overall, Faraz has demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales, merchandising, and team leadership.

Syed Faraz pursued their education at The Oxford College of Science in Bangalore, India. From 2014 to 2016, they completed their PUC (Pre-University Course), specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB). Following this, they acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, and Genetics from the same institution. This program lasted from 2016 to 2019.
