Alba Alonso de Castro has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Marketing Assistant for Family Alliance for Counseling Tools & Resolution (FACTR) and SiliconCloud. In 2015, they joined Dropbox as an Enterprise Account Executive (Spain), where they were responsible for the full sales cycle, building and maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline, and managing accounts. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Getaround (formerly Drivy) as a Project Manager and Key Account Manager, developing the in-fleet strategy and managing key accounts. Since 2020, they have been working at Signaturit as a Customer Success Manager, applying the LAER Model to ensure product adoption and maximize investments. In 2022, they will join CARTO as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Alba Alonso de Castro obtained a Double Bachelor's degree in Law & Management and Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in 2013. In 2012, they attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology) for Finance, Customer Behavior, and HR Management. In 2010, they attended the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku for International Business Management. In 2014, they obtained a Posgraduate Certificate in Management (PGCM) from the University of California, Riverside. Additionally, in 2022 they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
