Iván Navarro Azurmendi

Iván Navarro Azurmendi has a diverse work experience. Iván started their career as an Engineer at Arquero Sistema Corporativo in 2005, where they were responsible for the support and training department for the ARQUERO product. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Edosoft Factory, where they were involved in the migration and updating of proprietary services for telecom operators. Iván also worked as a Software Engineer at Edosoft Factory, contributing to the development of a TTCN compiler. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Product Owner at Edosoft Factory, leading a development team and managing project requirements. In 2021, Iván joined Zazume as a Software Engineer, focusing on product development using Typescript, Node, React, and MongoDB. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at CARTO.

Iván Navarro Azurmendi attended the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero Técnico en Informática de Sistemas. Their field of study was Tecnología/Técnico de ingeniería informática.

In addition to their formal education, Iván Navarro Azurmendi has also obtained several certifications. These include the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification from the Linux Foundation, obtained in July 2021, and the Oracle Certified Foundations Associate, JAVA certification from Oracle, obtained in May 2021. Iván also holds the AGILE SOFTWARE ENGINEERING VALIDATION (5.0) certification and the SAFE SCRUM MASTER VALIDATION (5.0) certification, both from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in October 2020. Furthermore, they have the CERTIFIED SAFE 5 PROGRAM CONSULTANT certification from Scaled Agile, Inc., also obtained in October 2020.
