Javier Aragón Encina

Javier Aragón Encina has been working in the technology field since 2010. In 2010, they began working as a Software Engineer for Viavansi, where they developed the Augi@as intranet application for the Environment Council of the Junta de Andalucía to manage companies that work with hazardous waste in Andalucía, as well as the Augi@sPR web application which allowed for the remote presentation, digital signature, registration and processing of documents in Aries. In 2012, they became a Consultant for AVANSI S.R.L., a subsidiary of Viavansi in Santo Domingo, where they were responsible for the Certification Authority and the Avansi Registration Authority (the first Certification Authority in the Dominican Republic) as well as a technology consultant for digital signature-related software solutions. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Software Developer for Geographica. In 2019, they became the Professional Services Lead Engineer for CARTO.

Javier Aragón Encina graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingeniería Informática at the Universidad de Sevilla in 2011 with a degree in Ingeniero en Informática. No additional certifications have been listed.
