James Waghorn has a strong background in customer service and operations management. James began their career at CIT as a Team Leader for UK/IRL End of Lease. James then joined HSBC as an Investor Services Supervisor before moving to Meteor where they served as an Inside Sales Supervisor for eMobile for Business and later as an Operations Manager for Meteor & eMobile Customer Care. Waghorn then worked at HCL BPO as an Operations Manager for Meteor Customer Care & Technical Support. James joined SSE Airtricity as a Customer Operations Manager for Home Energy and was later promoted to Head of Customer Operations, where they led a team of 330 employees across 3 sites. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Contact at CarTrawler, where they are responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Contact Centre. Throughout their career, Waghorn has achieved significant results, including reducing complaints, improving customer satisfaction, and implementing various automation projects. James has also received several awards for their work in customer service.
