Jim Graham has over 30 years of experience in the document management and services industry. Jim began their career in 1989 at Xerox, where they held various roles including Customer Business Development Executive, Document Production Sales Executive, High Volume Solution Executive, Account Sales Manager - Public Sector Federal, and Origination/Installation Support. In 2004, they were promoted to Xerox Sales Manager, where they successfully managed and coached eleven direct employees. Jim then took on the role of Solutions Manager - Mid Atlantic Client Operations, where they were responsible for a $10-12 million TSR Plan and managed and coached nine to thirteen direct employees. Jim later became the Integrated Sales Manager - Federal Mid Atlantic and Contract Manager - Public Sector. In 2022, Jim Graham took on the role of Senior Vice President at Cartridge Technologies, LLC (CTI).
