Howard Hsieh

Howard Hsieh has had a long and varied career in the technology field. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Contractor for Texas Instruments. In 2002, they continued to work as a Contractor for Texas Instruments. In 2005, they worked as a Data Warehouse Developer for Morningstar (previously Logical Information Machines). From 2006 to 2017, they worked for Consilience Software, a Xerox Company, where they served as Chief Technology Officer and Enterprise Support Manager. In 2017, they joined Restb.ai as Head of Technology and Senior Full Stack Engineer. In 2020, they became Chief Technology Officer at Carts Guru. Throughout their career, they have managed and directed IT/DevOps, compliance, development, and technical recruiting operations, implemented trained AI models, and introduced and incorporated a sustainable, Agile SCRUM-like development process.

Howard Hsieh attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
