Elana Siegel

Elana Siegel is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in managing global HR operations across various industries. Currently, Elana serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Caruso since 2020. Prior to this role, Elana held multiple senior positions at Clutter from 2018 to September 2019, including Chief People and Interim Chief Operating Officer, and Chief People and Compliance Officer. At Princess Cruises from 2013 to 2017, Elana was the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, overseeing HR for 60,000 employees and leading efforts during the Holland America Group merger. Earlier in their career, Elana served as Corporate Vice President of Global Human Resources at Las Vegas Sands Corp. from 2007 to 2013, where significant HR standardizations were implemented. Elana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese Studies, International Relations, and Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
