Samuel Yeo

Samuel Yeo started their work experience in 2011 as a Project Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, where they managed multiple projects related to upgrading the on-site infrastructure at a Pharmaceutical Research Centre. Samuel then worked at Arup as an Assistant Project Manager from September 2014 to April 2017, where they handled various projects in education, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, and aviation sectors. Samuel established Project Management Offices, developed project programs and fee schedules, and delivered best practice project management and technical reports. From April 2017 to October 2019, Samuel worked as a Project Manager at Arup, where they were the main client liaison for the development and establishment of a PMO for two major capital portfolios in the higher education sector. Samuel conducted gap analysis, revised governance arrangements, and defined risk management and stakeholder engagement strategies. In 2019, Samuel worked as a Ski Instructor at NZSki Ltd from June to October, and at GoSnow - Hokkaido Tourism Management (HTM) from December to March 2020. Currently, Samuel is working at Carv by MotionMetrics as a Product Testing & Co-ordination lead, responsible for coordinating ski testers across multiple resorts and ensuring consistency of results, payment terms, financials, and budgets.

From 2009 to 2014, Samuel Yeo attended the University of Bath, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering. No further information is provided regarding their field of study during this period.
