Daniel W. Swear is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Upper Iowa University, teaching courses in Law, Government, and Criminal Justice. Since November 2022, Daniel has held the position of Special Counsel at Carver Darden Koretzky Tessier Finn Blossman & Areaux LLC, addressing various legal matters including commercial litigation and property disputes.
