Kaylee Hinton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kaylee started their career at Friendly's Ice Cream, LLC in 2015 as a Food Server, where they worked until 2020. In 2021, they joined Crisis Text Line as a Crisis Counselor, providing support to individuals in need. Later in the same year, they transitioned to Carvertise, where they first worked as an Operations Administrator from August to September 2021. Kaylee then progressed to become a Client Success Representative from September 2021 to August 2022, and eventually a Senior Client Success Representative from August 2022 to the present. Through these experiences, Kaylee has gained valuable skills in customer service, crisis counseling, and operations management.

Kaylee Hinton's education history begins in 2013 when they attended Appoquinimink High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2017. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2017. Kaylee pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Computer Science. Kaylee's undergraduate education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington lasted from 2017 to 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Kaylee also obtained two certifications. In November 2020, they completed the Human Subjects and Ethics certification from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. Furthermore, in May 2021, they obtained the Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the National CPR Association.
