Kerri Maffei

Kerri Maffei, PHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CAS Holdings, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Kerri was the Global HR Business Partner at PerkinElmer, Inc. from April 2019 to January 2020. Kerri's extensive experience in human resources includes various positions at UTC Climate, Controls & Security from July 2014 to April 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Director to HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist. Kerri also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the YMCA of Greater Providence and as an Organizational Development Consultant/Practice Manager in private practice. Earlier career experience includes serving as Practice and Human Resources Manager at NeuroDevelopment Center. Kerri holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rhode Island College.
