Adam Lanious

IP Search Engineer at CAS

Adam Lanious began their work experience in 2008 at Landon IP, where they held the positions of Patent Analyst and later Senior Chemistry Expert. In 2011, they joined the University of Tübingen as an Intellectual Property Researcher in Technology Transfer until 2013. Adam then moved to CPA Global, where they worked as a Patent Analyst III from 2017 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Clarivate as a Senior Patent Analyst until the end of 2022. Currently, they are working at CAS as an IP Search Engineer since 2023.

Adam Lanious holds a Master's degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Virginia. Prior to pursuing their Master's degree, they completed their undergraduate education at Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 2000 to 2004. At Hobart and William Smith Colleges, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Chemistry and Music.
