Allison Curtze has a range of work experience starting in 2010. Allison began as a Water Quality Monitoring Network Intern at the Southeast Environmental Research Center. Allison then worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The College of Wooster, where they investigated the use of organically modified silica material for water remediation. Allison also spent a summer as a National Science Foundation Funded Researcher, conducting water remediation studies. Allison later became a Field Science Technician at the National Audubon Society. Following that, Allison joined The Ohio State University, where they served as a Laboratory Preparator Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Research Associate. In these roles, they conducted research on complex organic dyes and was responsible for lab safety and chemical inventory management. Currently, they are working as an Information Scientist at CAS.
Allison Curtze completed their education at The Ohio State University, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemistry from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended The College of Wooster from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry.
