Lianna Nina Ortiz-Trankina

Lianna Nina Ortiz-Trankina, Ph.D. has work experience as an Information Scientist at CAS since May 2021. Before that, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Cincinnati from June 2015 to December 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Operator at Clyde W. Clark Planetarium from March 2014 to May 2015. Lianna Nina also has experience as a Chemistry Lab Assistant, Tutor, and Supplemental Instructor for Chemistry at Shawnee State University from June 2012 to May 2015. Additionally, they worked at the SSU Student Success Center as a Help Desk employee from August 2012 to April 2015.

Lianna Nina Ortiz-Trankina, Ph.D. completed their education with a focus on chemistry. Lianna Nina earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from Shawnee State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Natural Sciences from Shawnee State University, completing their studies between 2011 and 2013.

Lianna Nina continued their academic journey at the University of Cincinnati, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from 2015 to 2020. During this time, they engaged in advanced research and further specialized their knowledge in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Lianna Nina Ortiz-Trankina holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, which they obtained from GoLeanSixSigma.com in April 2023.
