Sarah Garno has a diverse work experience in the science and pharmaceutical industry. Sarah started their career at Boehringer Ingelheim in 2011 as a Flow 1 Packaging Technician and later transitioned into a Scientist I role. Sarah then worked as a Scientist I at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals in 2016. Sarah joined Battelle in 2016, initially as a Laboratory Technician and later was promoted to Senior Laboratory Technician. Most recently, they have been working at CAS since 2018, first as an Information Scientist and currently as a Customer Success Representative.

Sarah Garno completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Ohio Dominican University between the years 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry from the same university from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Sarah obtained several certifications. Sarah completed a course on Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems from LinkedIn in January 2023. In December 2022, they completed the course Gemba Kaizen: A Commonsense Approach to Continuous Improvement (Blinkist Summary) also from LinkedIn. In August 2018, Sarah obtained a certification in Communicating Across Cultures from Lynda.com.
