Strategic Finance Manager at CAS

Sean Jepsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean started their career as a Hidden Hollow Camp Junior Counselor at The Friendly House in 2009 and 2010, where they supervised and managed campers and taught them about diversity and respect. In 2011, they worked as a Food Runner/Busser & Event Set-up at Brookside Golf & Country Club, providing customer service and assisting with event planning.

In 2012, Sean gained experience in production by interning at EWTN, where they shadowed industry leaders and assisted with various aspects of television, web, and radio production. Sean then worked as a Mobile Tourism Ambassador at Ron Foth Advertising in 2013, promoting Ohio tourism and coordinating with tourism clients.

From 2014 to 2015, Sean held a Finance & Accounting Co-op position at Johnson & Johnson, where they gained exposure to corporate finance, developed advanced excel skills, and led programs for the co-op class. Sean also interned as an Institutional Advancement Intern at the Wexner Center for the Arts, assisting with projects related to marketing, development, education, and patron services.

In 2016, Sean joined Johnson & Johnson again as part of the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP), where they supported pharmaceutical commercial strategy teams and contributed to long-range financial planning, pipeline drug valuations, and strategic analysis. Sean then moved on to become a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, providing financial leadership and support to various development programs and evaluating business cases for innovative drugs.

Sean's most recent role was as a Senior Financial Analyst at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from 2020 to 2023, where they standardized and developed SOPs for capital management, budgeting, and long-range planning. Sean also created dynamic financial dashboards and reporting for analysis by executives and the FP&A team, as well as performed system administration tasks and security audits.

Currently, Sean works as a Strategic Finance Manager at CAS, where they design end-to-end models to support strategic initiatives and presents findings to senior leaders to support investments.

Sean Jepsen obtained their High School Diploma from St. Charles Preparatory School from 2007 to 2011. Sean then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Investments at The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2016.
