Susan Miller

Susan Miller has a diverse work experience in the fields of product engineering, UX design, UX strategy consulting, and information architecture. Susan started their career as a Senior Information Architect at Resource in 2003 and held various roles, including Associate Director of Information Architecture and Associate Director of UX Strategy. During this time, they developed user experience offerings and served in strategic roles for client development. In 2014, Susan worked as an Ecommerce Product Manager at EXPRESS and as an Agile Business Analyst at CareWorks Tech. Susan then transitioned to the role of Senior UX Specialist at WAA Commerce, where they focused on eCommerce path to product, cart/checkout, site-side search, loyalty and account functionality. From 2015 to 2019, Susan worked as a UX Specialist at a consulting firm and concurrently as a Product Engineer and Senior UX Designer at CAS. In 2019, they joined Chase as a VP in Consumer Bank Marketing and UX Strategy, where they played a key role in wireframing customer experiences and supporting the launch and repositioning of various financial products and resources. Most recently, Susan worked as a UX Strategy Consultant at Populus Group before joining Walgreens as a Senior UX Designer. In 2021, they returned to CAS as a Senior Product Engineer. Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated expertise in user research, wireframing, agile development, and generating requirements for improved user experiences.

Susan Miller attended Michigan Technological University from 1989 to 1994. During their time there, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Scientific and Technical Communication and a minor in Chemistry.
