Virginia Martín Palú has a strong background in IT recruitment and human resources. Virginia started their career as an intern at DMR Consulting, where they worked in the selection department. Virginia then moved on to Euroresearch, where they completed an internship and gained experience in personnel selection and talent management. Virginia then worked at Quavitae, initially through Randstad, where they carried out selection and training tasks. After that, they joined everis as a Senior IT and Development Recruitment Specialist, responsible for selecting IT candidates and internal positions within the company. Virginia also worked at M & GT Consulting as an IT Recruitment Specialist, managing the entire selection process. Virginia then joined Top Human Capital as an HR Manager and IT Recruitment Specialist, where they created and organized the HR department. Their most recent position is at CAS TRAINING, where they work as an IT Selection Technician. Throughout their career, Virginia has been actively involved in tasks such as posting job offers, conducting interviews, managing social media, and creating behavioral competency-based interview reports.

Virginia Martín Palú obtained a Certificado de Profesionalidad in Gestión Integrada de RR.HH. (Human Resources Management) from Centro de Formación Teide in 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Licenciatura en Psicología (Bachelor's degree in Psychology) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, from 1995 to 2001.
