Gabriela Ramos has a strong background in engineering and project management. With experience at various companies such as Casa Brugal, Baxter International Inc., Medtronic, CareFusion, and Edwards Lifesciences, Gabriela has held titles ranging from Manufacturing Engineer to Technical & Continuous Improvement Manager. Gabriela has a Master's degree in Productivity and Quality management, an Analyst in Automatization and Industrial Control, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. Their responsibilities have included leading teams, managing projects related to capacity increase, cost reduction, and introduction of new products, as well as leading continuous improvement processes in primary production areas and project management in Latin America.
