Leanne Baumel, CFRE has had extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Leanne is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Casa de Esperanza de Los Ninos since May 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Development from August 2021 to May 2023 and the Development Manager from August 2017 to July 2021 at the same organization.

Leanne also worked at Girls Incorporated of Metropolitan Dallas as the Volunteer Resource Director from June 2010 to March 2013. In this role, they led strategic planning for the volunteer program, managed a team of 550 volunteers, and cultivated corporate and community relationships.

Before that, Leanne held the position of Manager of Volunteer and Outreach Services at the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Dallas from June 2006 to June 2010. Leanne started their career as a Volunteer Services Administrator at Susan G. Komen for the Cure, National Office from November 2004 to June 2006.

Leanne's earlier experience includes working as a Project Coordinator at the Southern Tier Tobacco Awareness Coalition from September 2002 to September 2004.

Throughout their career, Leanne has demonstrated their expertise in volunteer management, strategic planning, and cultivating relationships with corporate and community partners. Leanne'swork experience showcases their dedication to the non-profit sector and their ability to drive meaningful impact.

Leanne Baumel, CFRE, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Health from Texas A&M University between 1997 and 2002. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained the CFRE Certification from CFRE International in March 2023.
