Hector Joya

Community Organizer Hector Joya identifies and fosters grassroots leadership. He recruits members into the organization, conducts local meetings, mobilizes members for actions, and performs a variety of other tasks to build grassroots power. Hector is from El Salvador and is a passionate person, helping the community.
